The Book, Veramendi, Kennedy, and Clegg Buildings will be transformed into a 77-room luxury boutique hotel on the main strip of the San Antonio Riverwalk. Featuring a riverfront pool, premium events venue, cocktail bar, and a flagship res-taurant by Michelin-star-winning Emmer & Rye Hospitality, the project will be positioned to compete directly with Hotel Emma and capture premium demand from both leisure and convention markets.
