Camp Cold Springs is a vintage RV park on the riverbanks of the Frio, just south of Garner State Park. Lined with towering cypress trees and rocky outcroppings, the emerald green waters are the best spot in the Hill Country for floating, swimming, and fishing.

Byways acquired the RV park and 25 adjacent acres in late 2022. As part of Phase I, we rehabilitated the RV spots and guest amenity center. In 2024, we plan to build new guest cabins, swimming pools, restaurant and bar, and events deck.
